Returns

All sales are final, there are no refunds or returns (except for incorrect sizing). If you would like to exchange for another size, send us an email and we will be able to exchange it if the size requested is available. The item must be sent back in the exact same condition it was received otherwise we can't exchange it.

Customers are responsible for the payment of shipping on return of an item.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail (Signed For)
All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail (Signed For & Tracked)

Items are shipped within 5 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
